Atelier Loft

Capitol Hill, Seattle · 2023

A live-work loft with plaster walls, linen, and a quiet palette.

The existing loft had good light and little else. We kept the volume, added a plaster screen for the sleeping alcove, and designed a kitchen as a piece of furniture rather than a wall of cabinets. Storage is built in; color is held in textiles and a single stone.
